You can exchange for equal value or upgrade. You can NOT downgrade for a refund.

Contest entries? Locked tighter than a vault, like that bad social media post
that won’t go away. No adjustments, cancellations, or take-backs.

Deadlines? Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

If your item is defective, report it within 10 days for a warranty replacement.

After 30 days, your window of opportunity is as closed as an exclusive VIP party.

How to Exchange Without Losing Your Sanity:
